During class, then will not only lead you through a revitalising practice, they’ll also adjust your movements to ensure that you don’t injure yourself.

I had such a great experience with Brittany. I was honestly going through a lot at the time and she made me feel so much better. Her energy is great and she really helped me to feel so refreshed and cleansed. I feel so aligned with myself and at peace. I wish that she was in Miami because I don’t live in Vegas but... it’s okay lol. If you are thinking about coming here I recommend it 100%.
